Credit Flower is committed to providing professional business-building, consulting, funding-readiness, business credit education, business formation support, document preparation, and related services. Because many of our services require preparation, research, administrative work, and time specifically dedicated to each client, the following refund and cancellation policy applies.
Service Payments
Payments made to Credit Flower are generally non-refundable once work on the purchased service has begun. Work may include consultations, research, document preparation, business formation assistance, account or profile setup, business-credit or funding-readiness assessments, strategy development, administrative processing, communications performed on the client's behalf, or other activities related to fulfilling the purchased service.
If a client requests cancellation before Credit Flower has begun work, the request will be reviewed based on the circumstances and the nature of the service purchased. Any approved refund may be reduced by non-refundable third-party costs, filing fees, processing fees, domain purchases, registration fees, or other expenses already incurred on the client's behalf.
Consultation Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule a scheduled consultation by providing at least 24 hours' notice before the appointment.
When at least 24 hours' notice is provided, payments made for a consultation may be applied to a rescheduled appointment. Consultation payments are not automatically refundable.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee. Credit Flower may, at its discretion, allow an appointment to be rescheduled when circumstances warrant.
If Credit Flower must cancel or reschedule an appointment, the client will be offered another available appointment time. If Credit Flower is unable to provide the purchased consultation or service, an appropriate refund or account credit may be issued.
Third-Party and Filing Fees
Government filing fees, registration fees, domain purchases, business-address fees, third-party platform charges, credit-reporting fees, processing fees, and other costs paid to outside providers on behalf of a client are non-refundable once incurred, unless the applicable third-party provider issues a refund.
Digital Products and Downloadable Materials
Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable guides, e-books, templates, journals, courses, and other electronically delivered materials are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
No Guarantee of Funding or Credit Results
Purchasing services from Credit Flower does not guarantee business financing, loan approval, credit approval, a particular credit score, funding amount, or other financial outcome. Funding and credit decisions are made by independent lenders, creditors, financial institutions, or other third-party providers according to their own requirements.
